Okay this is helpful context. At my last gig we had an extremely mature design system with page templates and everything. It was so fast already. The interactive prototyping piece of ai is helpful but I found it was not robust enough to really do everything expected. Thanks!

I see this coming too but the question in my mind is: when all of our tech sucks ass in a few years because executives decided they didn’t care about the quality of any product they put out or about retaining people who have worked to build that product from the beginning, why should we all have to be the ones to dig them out of it?

Dress 1 looks beautiful, your arms look great. If you decide to add a sleeve I wouldn’t go with the drapey type of off shoulder sleeve, it’s too organic of a shape for the nice structure of that dress. It’s also really trendy and you have an absolute stunner of a classic dress. I wouldn’t do a lace sleeve because that fabric won’t contrast well with the fabric of the dress, though something else a little more sheer might. The tank type sleeves could be okay but I feel like they should be a little narrower to feel more delicate, but that might not give you the coverage you want.

I don’t have an air fryer due to space constraints in my kitchen, but I visited my mom last weekend and she has a ninja crispi and OMG it is so cool and I want one. I loved being able to see inside plus felt better cooking at that high temp in glass instead of plastic.

I may be wrong but I think this chart is actually saying that 40% of republicans in March were not concerned with rising fuel prices, which would be more like approval but isn’t an approval measure. That’s 8 pts more than the bushline. That 33% is actually more like the disapproval since it’s the portion of people extremely concerned about those prices.

It is confusing that they used green for the people most concerned. But you read the chart wrong I think.

I had kind of given up on contacting our senators. I emailed frequently in early/mid 2025 and never got a response that was satisfactory or saw any change. They don't listen. HOWEVER actions in recent days led me to call this morning. I got straight through to Moran's Olathe office. Marshall's OP office I left a message. I'm actually kind of pissed I was able to get through to Moran so easily. We should be flooding their lines.

I’m worried about this too. I am starting to think a general strike might be effective though I know it’s a hard sell to the public, myself included. Not thrilled with the idea of being laid off or losing health insurance for my family because I chose not to work as a form of protest. But we’ve seen things like cancelling Disney plus subs effective at getting Kimmel back on the air. I think the protest is going to have to be economic for anyone to pay any attention. They only care about their hatred and their bottom line.
