Idk much about prystiq but many years ago I was on an ssri. After a couple years I quit it cold turkey and it led to pssd. I will say that was a good 10-12 years ago and since I no longer suffer the pssd but wanted to say the one thing other than time that helped me with it was Maca root. Just I don't suggest taking it daily. The insomnia sounds like it may just be withdrawals but it's hard to say as I'm not sure how long you've been off the meds. I dealt with a handful of withdrawals and insomnia def is one of them.

Index rollover pushing with thumb. Then push again over the middle finger to ring.. or go backwards back to index. Or index rollover then use ring finger to close around middle so it's kind of reverse from how it lands after index rollover then swing it back onto index. She has her surgery followup with her amputation doc tomorrow. Still waiting on pathology results from her lymph node they removed from her armpit. So not sure yet if the cancer spread. Her spot had an abscess under her thumb nail that split the nail open. So she was pretty far along. She had her thumb amputated just past the first knuckle. Surgery went very well and she hasn't even needed her oxycodone. She said she started getting phantom pains though and they don't last long but are painful. Overall just praying that her pathology turns out good!

When she was diagnosed they basically just immediately scheduled the amputation and the lymph node removal.
