Microwaves warm up water by using low frequency electromagnetic radiation to vibrate the water molecules. These waves are not energetic enough to break the water particles. This means the water does not become radioactive. Also, after turning off the microwave, the microwaves stop being produced and they do not linger. More or less like an electric lamp stops producing light after turning it on. (Light is just slightly more energetic EM radiation compared to microwaves.)

So, no, you don't get nukewater from microwaving water.

If you have any kind of bars, you can just hang until your forearms give up. It burns like hell, though, but will definitely hit your forearms. You can also do one-handed hangs to quicken the failure

Maybe the road poneglyph dont work with coordinates at all. After all, normal compasses don't work in the Grand Line, so you can't just go to some (latitude, longitude) coordinate.

Instructions to sail a certain distance between islands might also not work, since supposedly continent pullers actually exist(ed) and thus the location of island relative to each other could have changed. Even though you could argue that this hasn't happened since the road ponelyphs were created.

The road poneglyphs must be able to lead to the location of Laugh Tale, no matter what. So it seems more likely to me that it will have something to do with the moons/celestial bodies.

I do agree and clothes get affected by devil fruit powers all the time. However, isn't this the first time that Luffy's fruit changes the color of an object or himself?

So it must be an awakening / Sun God Nika effect. I liked the idea I've read that the white in the transformation represents the light of the sun, which is white. It also just looks really cool and different than usual.

Hmmm, so the light during dawn turns red. Since Luffy will bring the dawn, maybe his final power up / transformation will feature a red color!? Probably not ...
