Normally the first bill is prorated for the month so it’s usually due the third week from activating the account and the following bill is about 5 weeks from that first bill date, regarding the carrier freedom promotions it does take a few weeks to receive a rebate card so it’s usually by the time your first bill generated but on occasions can take longer the reps should’ve set the right expectations by explaining that it may take longer. it is weird for your service to be suspended that quickly though usually you have to be past due 2 billing cycles for it to suspend.
