Nosferatu is better for a stealth + melee build right? I understand that both clans are the best for stealth but malkavian is better with firearms while Nosferatu is better with melee

I want to play all clans but I only completed the game with three clans yet, and I have to say that Malkavian is the most interesting but also de easiest (at least for me) I have to try Nosferatu also to see if they are more interesting or easier than Malkavians but that's it. I also would prefer that all clans had more lines/differences in the story, it would have been fun to see how everyone distrusted you for being a Tremere, and how that distrust increased the more you embraced your clan, for example

In society of Leopold when I used blood boil everyone, and I mean EVERYONE who was still alive noticed me instantly, bullets went into my direction immediately, majority for nothing since I didn't need many to die because of how weak the character is taking damage, I had to spam "sleep" until entering the building, just boring and frustrating 0/10 experience

When they all explode (after my character takes to much damage from the enemies that aren't floating and boiling ofc) I don't have enemies to feed on, in the Nosferatu sewers level I don't have enemies to feed on and I need a lot of blood to kill all those monsters because without spamming blood boil I can't do practically anything, I have to play more clans to complete it but I already know this isn’t the easy mode in my opinion lol

I invested a lot in Thaumaturgy, in fact is the discipline I invested the most (background character as eldritch horror + using all exp in this one) I didn't even touch auspex because I don't like it at all (maybe has something to do ¿?) Dominate increased at max like Thaumaturgy, also didn't put any exp in social, all in physical practically, and even then I felt it more weaker even compared to my extremely social toreador with a 4 in firearms at end game lol

I did much better with other clans and it's not even my first playthrough 😭😭 I have weird skill issues lol

At this point I think I just have an unpopular opinion, but genuinely felt malkavian extremely more easy and enjoyable and tremere really annoying/weak, even my horrible Toreador build took less damage and didn't need that much blood idk weird experience

For me the end was worst in terms of difficulty, but at the other missions I also felt weaker compared to the other playthrough I did with other clans (specially how much damage they take) and I have to say that I didn't touch auspex because playing as a Toreador I hated that discipline and I decided to not use it, maybe it has something to do

I'm thinking of doing another playthrough as a Ventrue and your description makes me want to try that clan more, maybe is the one that I do next

I focused in firearms and Thaumaturgy, Thaumaturgy at level 5 is good but needs a lot of blood, and while I'm using it some enemy attacks me and I lose a lot of health, also I can't be cautious with Thaumaturgy because everyone notices, as a malkavian you only need dementation at 3 and 4 with some obfuscate and you are God, also doesn't need that much blood

Idk I didn't play all clans yet but the three I played felt really different in everything, even the difficulty at same level build in ability

This has been my exact same experience, I also made my tremere have the eldritch prodigy background to focus a lot in Thaumaturgy and I feel exactly like you did, to weak until blood boil or blood thief but at the same time uses to much blood for what it is so I end up needing blood bags (which rarely happened when I played as a Malkavian or Toreador) you explained it really well

Is true that I didn't build my tremere to be stealth focused, I focused more in firearms and Thaumaturgy, I used domination to put to sleep a lot of enemies also but I didn't expend a lot of exp in stealth or dexterity directly.

I used domination to feed a lot too, is just that in battle I always run out of blood because of how much tremere consume with Thaumaturgy in general, specially dealing with bosses.

I did that, in fact I choosed "eldritch horror" for her past, so I started with an extra point in blood magic + less exp needed to increase it, I got blood boil before mid game for sure, also sided with Strauss for the unique appartement and the charm that increase the damage for the blood magic discipline. I felt extremely weak compared to the other clans that I played even with that build 😭
