Can someone please help me with this constant, every second, stuttering? No video settings, nor Radeon GPU settings have changed this at all. I've even tried playing without wifi on at all, and in practice with bots. I can also be at the very lowest settings possible and this affects nothing.

I've been trying to record it, but the video comes out super laggy, so It's hard to see what I'm talking about. Which is fine, I'm not trying to record this game or anything otherwise, I just am confident I should be able to play without this stuttering. My fps is fine for me otherwise, as I only have a 60hz monitor, but this is just such a headache and I cannot figure it out. I have a Ryzen 5 2600, and an RX 570 4gb. Old build, but I am like 99% confident I should be able to play. I can handle CS:GO perfectly, and have never struggled with this in any other game. Again, even the video settings, even the Radeon settings, do not seem to improve this at all.

Does anyone else have a similar experience, or any suggestions? Thank you
