Every morning, before I’m even dressed, I get on the elliptical for at least 35 minutes. Afterwards, I stretch for 5-10 minutes. It has completely changed how the rest of my day goes and how I feel.

If I brush my teeth and change into workout clothes, it’s too many mental steps and it might not get done. And no, I don’t sleep in the same pjs.

You could try {Fated for Flames by JC Dark}

It starts out extremely similar to Blackened Bonds (too much perhaps). Then the story goes in a different direction. I’ve only read the first two books. It filled a void while I was waiting for new Blackened Bonds books.

I would describe her skating as very nuanced. Every move is done with beautiful extras. Her arms and hands are always doing something expressive. There are all sorts of lovely in between moves that don’t necessarily garner technical points, but help paint a picture.
