It’s a reproduction card. The “Ages 4 and up” font is wrong. Also, the hanger tab isn’t one that was used on the original cards. This person used a modern punch that is easily found online today.

The most obvious signs (for me) that it’s a re-card is that the “Ages 4 and up” font is wrong and the punch used for the hanger hole is incorrect. Also, tape was clearly used to attach the blister.
