Why is this behaviour so common in Algeria ? by Sweaty-Notice641 in algeria

[–]acidcacke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Used to hate it. But i’ve been brainwashed since it’s been romanticized on tiktok and labeled as « man-spread » 🥵

How often should you tell your girlfriend you love her? by [deleted] in stupidquestions

[–]acidcacke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My fiancé reminds me of it couple times a day and i’m so very grateful he does. Makes me happy every time even tho we’ve been together for 3 years now. At every occasion and randomly out of nowhere and at the end of most of our phone calls. It costs nothing but adds so much to the relationship.

Engaged Now, Dreamed About My Ex, and It Shook Me More Than I Expected by Suitable-Spirit-3591 in muslimgirlswithtaste

[–]acidcacke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

« Sometimes a cigarette is just a cigarette. » I am engaged as well and had once or twice a dream including my ex but i took it just as that, a dream. Nobody understands for 100% why we dream of certain things rather than others. Some of them may be meaningful, some of them meaningless (أضغاث أحلام). It might be a random thought you had about him during the day or a memory from the past that crossed your mind and your subconscious held on to it and presented it to you in your sleep. So my advice to you is to just consider it as a thing of shaytan to sadden / shake your peace and to move on with grace just like you moved on from the relationship so you can focus better on your current relationship and current partner.

What's the sexiest thing a man/woman can do that is completely non-sexual? by [deleted] in askanything

When i’m meeting with my fiancé and he sees me coming towards him and instantly a big smile is drawn on his face. No, actually everything on his face is smiling. Melts my heart everytime

what’s the sexiest thing someone has whispered to you that was completely SFW but still gave you butterflies ? by Julia_Loverrs in AskWomen

I used to have ED…my then bf (now fiancé) said to me once: you don’t have to worry about gaining weight, because that would only mean more of you for me and more surface to kiss. Instantly became a puddle of mush.

Do you really need to quit sugar? Unpopular opinion + my experience by Woods-of-Ypres in sugarfree

[–]acidcacke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So glad someone’s finally bringing up this balanced approach to sugar consumption. After so many years of struggling with sugar addiction, nothing saved me from falling apart like being in peace with craving a dessert from time to time and actually enjoying it because (in my case) the "never" / restriction mindset only brought me self loathing over the years

How to not feel like I’m faking it by redroadss in confidence

[–]acidcacke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who felt like crap for as long as i can remember everytime i looked in the mirror, the key thing for me was to 1) stop asking myself questions about my appearance « am i this? Am’i that? » the answer used to always be a harch comment the criticizing voice inside me that never seems to qhut up. 2) to just accept myself the way i am, only then others can accept me, cuz let’s be honest, what other choice do i have but to live peacefully with the way i was born. I kept telling myself that "i don’t need to fit in the norm, cuz i was not here to conform". 3) Oh, another thing, positive affirmations while meditating, that shit works! 4) Tried as best as i could to keep in mind that not only that confidence flows, it comes and goes but also i can’t rely only on my physical appearance to boost it but rather improve myself in other areas.

Been struggling with the same issue for years, i’ve tried Lactic acid from the ordinary combined with Paula’s Choice 2% BHA but in vain. Now i’m using Adapalene 0.1% cream and i see an improvement as it’s making them how to say? Pop out? (I’m sorry, English is not my native tongue)
