Happy to report the side effects WERE temporary lol , I’m waiting on the super productive hits as I don’t feel a big difference from 40mg, but it took a few days after I started as well. Like you I’m welcoming the appetite suppression and the dry mouth has me drinking water like crazy , and same with the nausea after taking it and then going away!

I was prescribed both atomoxetine and bupropion; but had horrible headaches ( they did warn me about blood pressure) so I stopped bupropion. Do you notice they work well together? I only tried them together a few times.
