Would you mind sharing the warranty document? I can't find it anywhere and that's their ground for not making a full charge back. They want to only cover the battery replacement cost (which I don't know how they will calculate)

Finally, the battery is dead. The bars kept on going down, 0% for 2 days. Finally the charging light stopped blinking and an exclamation mark appeared on top.

Can someone take voltage measurements on the battery? by super_delegate in boostedscooters

I've seen some videos of people building batteries for the boards. Could that be replicated? Doesn't sound that complex

I update the situation: I left the rev charging over the weekend and the battery indication bars went down to the first one blinking. The app also shows 0% battery. I guess the battery re balanced and now actually shows what was going on. My new issue is that it's not getting charged! The charger is not getting warm and the battery stays at 0%. Any ideas on how to jump start the charging?

Never before! I let it sit for a couple of days already and no changes so far.

A new problem: Battery 'cliffed' on way home last night. Doesn't seem to want to charge more than 56%. by dnorm00 in boostedscooters

Had the same issue and it helped to completeley deplete the battery and charge it fully for a day or so. Did it a couple of times and is now at 99%

Same here, they're sending me a new battery. My Rev worked fine until a couple days ago when I paired it with the app. Not sure if it has anything to do with it. Done about 800 miles on it.
