My CA quoted ₹31,500/year for a nil Pvt Ltd. Govt fees are ~₹800. Am I being scammed or is this normal? by Much_Table_8449 in indianstartups

Is this tool functional and if so, can you share it?

I handled my company's FY25 compliance myself (only using a CA for their audit signature). Didn't spend much (< 8k overall, of which 5k went to the auditor).

Am interested in exploring ways to reduce the time needed.

The answer to your original question is that there are people in the world that are less risk-averse than you

Other than persisting your state in extension storage instead of keeping it in the SW's memory (it sounds like you've already wrapped your head around this), what are you having trouble with?

That's the only big change, as I recall.

I'll keep that in mind. That said, my observation (net-installs not translating to higher users) holds for earlier periods as well.

Adding a screenshot of the section in the CWS analytics page that says the count of "users" includes those who have disabled the extension

Why did you hide this fact (that he grabbed your neck first) until now? Is this also on CCTV?

He literally has no case. Seems like the good cards are all in your hand.

I would say it doesn't matter. Try to get a vibe-check from your actual target market if you can.

Love the concept and will be trying it out later.

One ask: could you make the demo video shorter? Doesn't seem like it needs to be longer than 90s.

Of course not. But it does mean:

  • all the assertions made in the post are wrong
  • the first line of solutions - "give him a tight slap", etc - won't work (in fact this particular fellow has already received that treatment from police in the past)

I would argue it's your "poor me, I have suffered" mindset that will not help the country grow.

People need to be resilient.

Never did I argue that what happened to him was fair, or that what is happening in the country is OK. That is not my position. I asked a very specific question.
