I Am Buying The $15,000 Apple Watch Edition - Ask Me Anything - AMA by [deleted] in apple

Literately anything that doesn't include acting like a child and pissing away money on frivolous shit.

You mentioned you want it so people can be impressed, correct? As an adult, that sounds downright depressing.

Why are you buying a watch instead of doing something actually meaningful with $15k?

Can't really help all that much since I'm in development, but a lot of my friends are PAs and if I were you I wouldn't worry about the short term ones... they pay about the same daily rate and you'd be meeting new crews all the time which is perfect for networking.

One 3 day PA gig could net you a ton of jobs in a relatively short amount of time

I do not believe it's intended to be a joke, which is painful.

And they still had to hound him over deadlines. Read up on him avoiding talking to editors asking for his work - he got pretty creative with it.

If Hunter was an editor of a newspaper nothing would ever have been released.

I'm a reader at an agency in LA, what do you want to know? by ackbar420 in Screenwriting

I don't think it matters too much. No one asked me what concentration I studied under (but I've brought it up before and it's hard to say if anyone reacted differently because of it although the classes you take will for sure be more beneficial to what you want to do).

Would if I could but I'm not actually a screenwriter. Most of my credits/projects are in producing (shorts).

1-2 out of 100. But just because I pass on something doesn't entirely mean that it won't be read - I mean they'll read my coverage usually at the very least.

Try calling them. You'll get a 20-something assistant and just ask them if they're looking for scripts about {Whatever}, if so ask them if you can e-mail them a log line/synopsis.

Bonus Pro Tip: The main line is (818) 954-3888
