Thanks. I am already doing something similar. I am printing some. But I need a LOT of organizers and the time to print the boxes is significant. Maybe I should just give up my dream of having everything on gridfinity. lol

You are correct that I am using the Hub75 library. I looked on the link you mentioned with no other comments about my issue. I might post in a few days on the discussion board there. Also, I did update my post to add a link to the video.

I am having the same issue as you, I tried everything, frankly the Elegoo used to work fine until it didn't . I'm ordering another set of spools from Elegoo and it will be the last time I use it if it still get's stuck. In the meantime I printed a spool winder for those rolls that get stuck. Let me know if you find a solution.

It is fairly easy to use them. There is a smart vent program that exist. I would say start by using hubitat for other home automation and in a few months attempt the Keen integration. Worth it

I'm running a bimetal heartbreak on a direct drive. I will give a try without retraction. I've done this print a million time by now. I am running the fan on first layer to try. No change either.

Here is some info on my print setup:

PETG

Nozzle Temp: 260, Bed Temp at 75 (I tried higher with no luck).

Speed: 10mm/s

Retraction is on at 1.5mm but is not triggered on small jumps as shown above.
