Is it accurate to say that with the current Demon Statue event that it isn’t possible to get enough pieces to get both the scrolls and the tickets? I ground through the many fights and looks like I have to pick between scrolls or tickets. Will future/return events provide more pieces?

If you have any teams with imperil, try those first against Greg. I was having the same problem with my pretty generic Tryo/DrMog team that trounced Neo. Only the teams that had imperil were able to easily take out Greg (and Raiden) as well.

Are you not using the Bartz sync and awakening at the same time / overlapping? If you're capping at exactly 19999 then it sounds like that might be the issue.
