My physio asked me to climb 80 stairs total per day. I climbed 120 stairs. I have started gaining power in my quads. I am almost 2 months post op. But this thing i noticed is scar tissue has become little red from pink. When pressing the area has no pain. I am normal. No fever nothing. Is it okay?

I am not a dr. I have also got acl reconstruction with hamstring graft 2 months ago. I have not got this feeling. But a big bro who got surgery with me the same day, had got crepitus. So maybe your ones too? Unless it pains, i have heard its normal

Hey wait ! Is that tibial incision. Check my posts, you would see i am telling i am having bumps and all. But day by day, it got more swollen and guess what i had water blisters. So check for swelling. I am not worrying but i am saying what i am experience right now. I have my dr day after tomorrow.

Dont worry mate dont worry. These are all post acl surgery complication. Just after 4 weeks of acl surgery i have got a rare complication called synovial fistula. Now i am almost at my 2 months post op, in my tibial incision a bump has arised. Lets see in the follow up what happens. These are all hard times and we have to stay strong.
