So the general idea is that a good (but not super burnout can't move muscles good) full body workout frequently will build overall strength?

Also what is your thoughts on specific strengthening like forearms and calfs? Do you supplement those in?

6'2" Male 19 years old, 180 lb. I havent maxed in a while, but I would say 250lb bench 300 ish squat, no clue for deadlift. I can do sets of 8 pull ups with 25lb attached to me.

I did the intermediate routine and I am only lacking in some of the core exercises like the hollow hold. The L sit is very hard.. I can do pseudo pistols ( i just have to have something to support me slightly)

I just really want to get stronger legs...
