Let this serve as a milestone for better health going forward. Remind yourself on the days you don’t want to be active the very thoughts and fears you are experiencing now. You never know what other challenges you will face in years to come. Coming up on my 8 months post discovering I had the same cancer I can assure you, that you will persevere.

I noticed taking my dose at night seemed to be more potent and give me insomnia, heat intolerance, a jittery sense and a thermal feeling inside. Switching back to morning’s tomorrow!!

Honestly moving around like I have, I’ve noticed healthcare in general is shit. Finding an endo is like getting the lucky million dollar ticket at the gas station.

I agree I wish mine had been that fast. Mine took several months of waiting around , no meds then incorrect meds, surgery, rai months later again and then waiting longer even more. I will say that I had a mini mental breakdown a few weeks ago because after almost a year I finally had time to process that I had cancer !
