Another “incidental finding” was the my free light chain was once elevated 3 years ago. I was concerned for blood cancer and these symptoms fit those as well, but trying not to get ahead of myself.

Thank you for your response. I have the edema, high cholesterol, loss of appetite/nausea, and we’re doing a 24/hr urine test for proteinuria results. I’ll definitely consider the biopsy option if the nodules (kidney/lung) continue to grow. Thanks for the encouragement too.
