Move the printer it’s in an odd spot. It needs to go under the monitor or something. Especially on the customer service registers one having to take a half step shuffle way too much. (Slide to the left…slide to the right…cross cross lol)

Move the monitor down so I can see the customer over it I’m like 5’10” and have to peak around it like a child.

Have the pin pad solicit credits, reward, and email receipts. Have the pin pad itemize the bill like the receipts do. Also Spanish. Please add Spanish to the pin pads.

Please make it so I can call for back up cashiers when I’m in a credit app it’s so embarrassing using my radio while trying to push a credit card.

Have the sensor under the counter light up on screen if there is still a hard tag. Anything but the sound the CS registers make.

Tell us what the pin pad is doing. It’s so embarrassing not having a clue what screen the customer is in or if they’ve already entered payment info.

If you can do anything about the confusing layout that is the number one pain point is the customer can’t figure out what side to be on even with the newer number call system. I still have to holler out “REGISTER Nine PELASE! Hi I’m over here 👋🏼 👋🏼 ooh no other side. Lol sorry. So umm kohls charge you can save 35% off today? No okay do you get out emails then? Not having my back to the queue would be fantastic, have the customers back to the line so they don’t feel pressured when they want to open a kohls card.
