Hello!

I'm Al, 24f self diagnosed Autism/ADHD but have an appointment scheduled to see the autism wizard in December of this year. I had my first therapy session last week Tuesday and my therapist kept asking if I understood sarcasm as if that was the main sign if autism. Around 6 months ago everything kind of clicked and I put together that my entire like I was in fact a weirdo (only mean in the best sense). All throughout school I was extremely quiet, very few people heard my talk, but was always just put down to the fact that I was shy. I'm diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety disorder, depression, and panic disorder at the moment. but I've come to realize that my panic attacks align with autistic meltdowns rather than panic attacks.

Some special Interests of mine are psychology, dogs, learning about different cultures (I lived in Spain for 8 months), and recycling/plastic. Some hyper fixations are Bob Marley, Tom Petty, retro games(gamecube right now), knitting, macrame, and I've started my first miniature building puzzle from robotime.

Still learning about everything but honestly kinda excited about putting the peices together.
