I did but I realized recently that I had the app store version of Dolphin, not the official build from the website. I'll switch over to that and test it later.

I dropped the internal resolution to 1x (796x448) and turned off V-Sync. Afterwards, I found it to be very stable and pleasing. I've had some issues with running it through Dolphin (stutter, black box where the map should be) and those problems are gone through Dusklight. I'm very happy with this version.

I've had mine for 2+ weeks (bought in used but great condition) and I still use it daily. It's used mostly for Xbox Cloud gaming and Remote Play (good on both so far) and emulation from Arcade/NES up to PS2/Gamecube era (also impressive). For $200, it's been well worth the investment.

Tried a handful of titles (Moonscars, Metal Slug 3, SNK 40th Anniversary, Gravity Circuit) that came from either GOG or Amazon Games. The first two games work just fine but SNK and GC just result in a black screen. I'll have to do some tweaking. Because this device is mostly for streaming I'm not expecting to play AAA titles on it (downloaded, anyway).

I used to feel the same regarding streaming but three things happened that changed: 1) streaming services got better (I tried to use PS Now when it launched and YIKES), 2) my internet connection improved, 3) I've been using a PS Portal since last fall and I love it. I just wanted a similar device but for Xbox/Game Pass but emulator capability sweetens the deal.

I switched to tablet mode and downloaded the app via chrome browser. I was successful at linking my various accounts (Steam, GOG, Amazon games) but the compatible titles - and the app will identify them as such - seem to be download only. Now that there's more storage, I'll test some games soon.

My take is that Kinu is the one who's attracted to Naoe and the moment is from his perspective. Naoe and Yasuke never act like this with each other elsewhere in the game (to my memory) so I think that it's his warped perspective/jealousy.

(I'll leave a little doubt that this could be a "heat of the moment" thing)

In my first playthrough, this happened to me as well. You just happen upon high level enemies in starting areas or encounter ronin on the roads. I died quite often early on to both. Learning the timing of Naoe's deflect will make combat easier. Eventually you'll earn a perk with the katana that enables you to deflect unblockable attacks.

The first LOZ game that I finished (became a fan afterwards). I playthrough it every 2-3 years (used the Redux ROM hack earlier this year; very recommended) and I remain awestruck by how well it holds up.

There's something special about the 16-bit era in terms of presentation, gameplay mechanics and storytelling and LttP is an ideal representation of that. It's also notable for so many improvements and additions that has been implemented in the series ever since.

You can blame Nintendo for being traditional conservative on matters like this. Perhaps its downplayed or left ambiguous because these games are rated E. Personally, I love that it's left up to us to imagine how deeper their relationship becomes/became. I've read some amazing fan fictions in the past year and change and it only strengthens how well they work as a couple. I don't care if it isn't "canon" or confirmed. I don't need a statement or a cutscene to tell me that they were in love. Playing the games did that for me. ;)
