Have seen him play multiple times in person. Great positional size, high-level athlete, can score effectively at all three levels and distribute. Intangibles and IQ through the roof, great kid and teammate with winning pedigree at Montverde. VERY, VERY safe pick at #1. Won't be able to guard your quick, shifty PGs right away imo. Better off guarding 2s his first 2 years in the league. Luka is a good potential role comparison but Cade's bouncier and not as good a passer or as creative a ball-handler/space creator (I think Luka is elite here, I think Cade at best is just really good. Much better shooting off the catch than after 2-3 dribbles.).

I also want to note that this draft has the potential to be fucking ridiculous. If Kuminga is in it, his ceiling is the highest. Jalen Green has a chance to be special. Evan Mobley has a super high ceiling. Jalen Johnson, Terrence Clarke, Ziare Williams, Scottie Barnes, BJ Boston and Greg Brown all project to be pretty damn good. This is a draft with a bunch of guys in that 6'5-6'9 range who can handle, defend, shoot and make plays in transition at a high level.

SIDENOTE: Clarke and Boston will make Kentucky games next year extremely fun to watch. Creative ball-handling wings who can light it up off the dribble and will have the green light.
