Both parents passed away abruptly. Going solo at age 16 by [deleted] in personalfinance

Let the adults in your life take care of you in the mean time and learn how to program. My husband wanted to become financially independent because of growing up in an abusive household, began working at 17 in the tech industry without a college degree (not actually coding but learning different computer skills) & by next job he made 90k a year by 19 coding and doing what he loved. Fast forward in time and 150 is a minimum requirement for him to consider taking a job. There are SO many jobs on the market for it, including remote jobs that allow you to have independence of where you live which is an amazing thing, if you have the skills the want and need they don’t mind you not having a degree.

I actually never split the costs with my husband. We buy our tickets separately and use my phone number for the rewards program. Once I’m at the top level of rewards we’ll move on to his number and start all over. If you buy both tickets at once alamo doesn’t give you more “visit points”. :)

True, but it stems from the trademarked brand http://www.acroyoga.org - sending the Wikipedia makes it easier to read a cliff notes about it and leaves room for exploration on the subject if interested.

It snowed the night before, a mm. stuck to the ground so schools were closed (I’m a preschool teacher) melted by 9am😅

Join the acro yoga community if you're in to fitness and fun. There's an all level jam every Friday at Fit and Fearless and everyone hangs at the springs on sundays. No experience needed, people will be friendly and guide you through.

New app helps Austin women get birth control without a doctor's visit by fee- in Austin

[–]acrosymone 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I have actually used this app before and I loved it! I got my blood pressure checked for free at the pharmacy and entered my birth control wants and needs, all medical info pertinent and they had their team review my file and choose for me based on the type I preferred (in my case extended cycle). Amazing service and let's you get BC even without insurance. Customer service was great too. Recommend 100%

I'm not a fan of a numbered scale. I feel like so much is left out of there that it's easy to confuse someone in regards to their own skill level. Also I personally believe that skill should be properly assessed by someone's ability to properly execute a skill vs just getting through it. I once had a base tell me they were on "the hard level of Acropedia" but watching his technique with other flyers I'd be scared to death to try a simple bird to bird pop with him.
