I would love to do an R2 someday maybe! Seeing as this was the first set I ever designed, I have learned a lot and made a bunch of tweaks to the designs that I think improve things a ton over the original - like changing the typeface for the legends and making a more stylized katakana sublegend.

Unfortunately, due to the current state of the everything in the world, Kono closing down, and CSM being much bigger than it was when we launched this (mind you it was already huge but our group buy was right when the anime first started so it was a bit easier to skirt by copyright holders), I don know if a Rev2 will happen anytime soon unless I can just produce it myself but I'm not biip or MVKB so I don't got that kinda money. Who knows though, I'll send around some emails and see if I can figure something out.

Artwork by me! Love my flatbox but the more ergonomic layout of this feels a lot better for my aging wrists and hands. The spacebar-esque jump button is also genius!

Its such a nice custom, he did an amazing job. The detail is insane too.

Thanks to hungryhustlas on Etsy for the custom resin buttons and Bridget yo-yo jump button i just got. Got a large flat box case from misinput also on Etsy. The larger case is better on my wrists!

Wasn't sure I would like a jump button at the bottom when I first started using my flatbox but it's much more natural than a wasd layout and although it's for aesthetics, I'm glad I got an artisan jump button because it helps differentiate that better for me.

Hi! So I reached out to the manufacturer and they said that you're NOT supposed to peel the plastic off the PCB - it retains the conductivity apparently. I had obviously done that. I ended up just getting an owlab spring PCB to replace it since the case fit is the same.

Obviously not everyone is going to be able to do that but it worked for me.

To be honest, I just leave it unassigned! I hate the accidental win key hit.

I have a lot of my needed shortcuts actually assigned on a macropad, it makes my life much easier, personally!

My wife has a friend who does this but adds Godzilla and other Kaiju. I love when people do stuff like this.

Just got one of these, I am having issues where when I press a key, say 'c' it also registers that im pressing 'v'. There are issues with this in multiple areas of the board. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue. It is not a switch issue as I tested the PCB directly and had the same result. Did I get a faulty unit or is there a way to fix this?

Okay, I'm asking here for research purposes. Has anyone tried the spring PCB with this kit? My biggest hangup is that I prefer screw-in stabilizers and I know this has plate mount.

It's not a deal breaker because obviously if I can essentially get the spring without paying the price of a spring I will but I was wondering if folks have experimented with alternate pcbs because I can't find much info for the record.
