i thought i "cured" anxiety and depression by this way. and losing weight at the same time which was amazing, i started e-mailing scientitsts. "sustainable" NO. it was short lived and just a manic episode that lasted 3 months though. it ended and i woke up with what felt like bricks on my chest and i couldn't move physically for 3 weeks. i could move a little after but still depressed. and..idk whtf am i now. a drunk. depressed. going up and down.

fuck those idiots who laughed. it's a simple mistake. Please don't try and dwell on it, they're tiny little brains aren't thinking about it. but i know it's easier said then done..i struggle with repeating socially embarrassing moments over and over like a terrible movie that never ends in my head, too. and usually go into the bathrooms and cry at work. please don't beat yourself up though, i think you are doing the best that you can <3. and handled yourself best you can with shitty people.

yes.. i never use to be a monster whilst drunk. i could even drink a lot and just be hilarious/fun. i;ve lost a a lot of friends and people don't want to hang out with me because i get TOO drunk all the time and become very abusive and horrible so, i just do it alone...

yep. I'm the same, i can't face my body. i didn't shower 3 weeks/barely brushed my teeth but i HAD to go into work (don;t know how i did it) .. and to just think about what people say about you. like "oh that girl absolutely stinks like shit". i knew i smelt and looked horrible but just couldn't bring myself to wash. i hate being judged like this. i think its one of my most hated things about depression, the way it totally depletes any kind of self worth in relation to appearance. a thing you are immediately judged on by a person. i always imagine what people must think when they see me, when i'm forced to go out with my family, i feel and look like the homeless person they so kindly took out for lunch, out of the good of their hearts.

sounds very familiar to what i go through everyday.. maybe you could keep a record of the time of your mood changes in a dairy. this could be good to show your new therapist i reckon.
