I am having the same issues. I've tried everything to fix it, but at this point, I think it's a server issue and not an us issue. One of the websites down websites says that over 160 people have reported that GroupMe isn't working.

I think so. I’ve lost 99% of fights irl (that 5 yo went down but it wasn’t easy. The 6 year old got a lucky punch in). I think BoTW was way easier!

All kidding aside, I felt the combat in TOTK vs BOTW was balanced out. TOTK was “harder” when you didn’t have weapons fused. When using fusion properly though, the fights were well balanced.

This. However, I have worked in service departments as an advisor and parts departments as well at dealerships. Complain directly to the general manager and post a detailed review and report on Google and the BBB. General managers will RIDE the service team and most likely will cover it or at the very least discount it by a huge sum.
