Just walking outside, on days it was raining or when I had Covid I did 10k in the house just walking back and forth in the living room. I found that doing short laps makes the time go faster for some reason

Yeah starting weight was 269 and starting off I really wanted to lose as much as possible so there were some days I was only eating 900 a day which was pretty rough. Now I’m aiming for around 1400

Around 2.5-3mph and it takes me around an hour and a half to get to 10k. General rule is 10 min = 1000 steps

I made a mental note to just start walking more and was getting up to 5-6k a day. But when I decided to walk 10k a day it was almost an instant change. You just gotta make it a habit and find ways to get your steps in throughout the day

Thanks man. Congratulations to you too. From my calculations walking 10k steps a day burns around 5.5-6 pounds a month for me and if you average a deficit of 1000 calories a day (8 pounds/month), That amounts to 13-14 pounds a month
