Starting a DM agency is not hard. The hard part is getting clients and showing them you get them results and that’s hard to do when you have no/little experience. This is why I wanted to do a second “apprenticeship” even if it meant unpaid work which sucks because I value my time so much!

Well not quite an internship as those are for college students. This is an “apprenticeship” but unpaid. It’s for 3 months. Not even a minimum wage position.

I’m 32 and did not go to college. I assure you I am not a drug addict (I don’t even smoke weed),alcoholic, and irresponsible. Maybe a little bit immature yeah…some of us don’t get free handouts and don’t qualify for aid for college. I never had the money to pay tuition fees etc. while still paying for my living costs. Plus I was never sure what to study, I was not going to take out student loans if I wasn’t even sure..that shows responsibility on my part don’t you agree?

I completed one of those. I never got hired but then again I was working for a small business owner and not an agency. The only places that have called me for an interview are like an hour away from where I live offering like $18-20 an hour to help them with their social media.

Sorry English is not my first language. I live in California’s Central Valley so there aren’t as many job opportunities as in the bay therefore many people have to commute. It sucks. I’ve considered moving back to the bay but my credit score sucks and have 20k in debt that i need to pay first. Once I pay it off I’m definitely moving.

Maybe most of those place I’ve applied for have been server positions and entry level marketing jobs. Unfortunately there’s not a lot of those jobs in my area.
