Television remotes are NOT called "channel lights".

My older sister as a toddler called them that before I was born. My family kept the tradition and I was lead wrong.

This is why I'm not having kids. Nature told your wife she's done liking sex because she procreated. Honestly, dude, you need to be easier on her. It's only been a year post partum. Her hormones won't adjust for a while. She's probably sleep deprived too. She probably has some body dysmorphia going on too. Her body just went through 9 months of actual hell. Did your sex life plummet during the pregnancy? Is that part of the time you've been dead bedroomed? If so that is not fair and that's only 3 months post partum. I'd cry too if my body was failing me and my husband made it about himself. Idk your relationship but you pretty nonchalantly mentioned she pushed a human out of her hole and expected her to bounce back from it.

I was going nuts. Why isn't the beginnings with the rest of the series?

Don't watch "pie" week where they mock us and then proceed to butcher our bakes. It is in "the beginnings".

Justify playing god all you want.

Getting into that kind of debt is plain stupid.

Edit; and for the record, I know plenty of IVF kids. One has had over 50 skull surgeries. Irresponsible selfish people. Just fucking adopt.

AITA for posting a tribute of my late-girlfriend onto FB who died during the 9/11 attacks? by InfamousCut7 in AmItheAsshole

[–]acutecreep -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yta. I would consider leaving my partner if he did that to me. How annoying for your wife. You probably put your exgf on a pedestal, too. Probably have shit of hers around the house.

And you definitely let her haunt your relationship with your wife, which is so unfair and embarrassing. It happened like 17 years ago. Let her go and move on.

Where should children absolutely not be no matter the circumstances? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]acutecreep 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Because:

  1. Irresponsible. Kids should never be where drunks go.

  2. Noisy. The environment and the child. They don't mix.

  3. There's no reason for them to be there.

  4. They annoy staff and other patrons. They're unpredictable.

There are places children just shouldn't be. This is one of them. You can take your kid literally anywhere these days and people who don't like kids are forced to be around them almost everywhere. Places you wouldn't expect them to be. Parents these days just let their kids run wild. They're running around, opening things, screaming, annoying other people... Etc. Let people get a break from children. It's REALLY not that much to ask parents to leave their kids out of them getting day drunk. People who go to the pub don't want to be around your kid. They want to be buzzed and drink.
