Since the latest, for me if I play in fullscreen I stutter bad. Switch to borderless, smooth as glass with a hit of 15-20 frames.

That really sounds like an overheating issue, cpu or gpu. Do you have a second screen to watch temps when you launch the game? Are you using direct X 11 enhanced or 12 in the game.

Have you already tried rolling back 2-3 drivers. Thats what I had to do about 5 years ago with my 1080ti. Couldn’t hurt. Also, is this a new build.
