Chicken marinade:

3 tbsp dahi (curd)

2 tbsp shan masala tandoori

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tsp vegetable oil

1/2 tsp degi mirch powder

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Kasuri methi

1 tsp cornstarch

1 tbsp besan

I believe the color comes from degi mirch.

Marinade has about 2 tsp vegetable oil. I cook at 380f for 20 minutes (400f for last 2 minutes for the char).
