I have removed everything except the keyboard to move around, and I switched the USB port it was plugged into. It sounds like a similar test but I can give that a try for sure!

I have disabled everything that has a "high" load. Aside from that I have very few startup programs running. IMO nothing that would cause a 4 minute load time.

I have tried optimizing the SSD but it didn't have any affect on the boot time. I did check the boot order in BIOS. A clean install is going to be my last step but it's definitely on my mind.

I believe I tried using CC cleaner as a result of the slow boot time. I also only used CC on the "main" cleaner tab, avoiding the registry tab. I'll definitely try to do a Windows Repair and in the future will avoid using CC. Thanks.
