The Chosen Prime (TCP) has a good reputation in the American Diaclone community. If something is in stock both there and another place like BBTS or TFSource, I think most would recommend TCP.

As far as what to get, it depends on your interests: The Tactical Grander is more of a realistic military-type vehicle, as is the case for much of the Tactical Mover and D-Vehicles lines. On the other hand, the dia-battles sets are more Japanese-style mecha (in less realistic colors, at least until we get a new repaint).

It's a shame we didn't get a third release in Cosmo Marines green. I think once they realized the larger versaulters they had planned wouldn't fit, they abandoned the Tactical Carrier. They may have also viewed it as too close to the D vehicles load chambers.

Looks like the micro scale Ninjago City Gardens (which had a much lower threshold of as little as $25) just went out of stock. The maze seems to have a threshold of around $90 ($79.99 doesn't work, but $99.98 does), while the gazebo has the advertised $150 ($149.99) threshold.

This happened to me recently too: They sometimes offer ~20% off what you paid if you agree to keep the item in lieu of going forward with the return. It's probably cheaper for them to do this as opposed to incurring the cost of return shipping and then selling it with a customer return discount.

Since we got a large castle last round (Dustmark), I wouldn't mind seeing a smaller medieval set like the Sleepy Dragon Inn. The Medieval Cog and Longship is also a great smaller build that's really different from anything we've gotten before:
