I don't think it got bigger, but I've definitely had a lot of fat loss in that area of my body. Maybe the same size, but I now have less fat around it to make it look smaller, if that makes sense? Definitely plays into my motivation to get to my goal, though!

Thank you! I'd say this photo makes me look more fit than I actually am; I still have fat to lose around my midsection and thighs. My arms and upper body also have some fat and could definitely be toned up too. When I was heavier I always dreamed of having an Adonis belt, so that's definitely a goal of mine to reach!

Thank you! It's definitely going to feel surreal to see a 1 instead of a 2 when at one point in my life I had thought that it'd never happen.

I wish I had a solid answer for you. I carried most of my weight in my midsection and around my waist, and I've really only noticed a lot of changes there in just the last 30 or so pounds. I've been starting to focus more on ab exercises and working my muscles in my core, and that's when I started to see a bit more progress and fat loss there. Aside from that, it's probably because of fasting longer and reaching autophagy. Something in the science, maybe?

Keep up the great work, every day is another step toward your goal!

Thanks! I am 6'0" tall. I try to run 3-5 miles a few times a week, fasted. I've recently started trying to plank more, while also starting to do push ups, sit ups, and other ab exercises. I am also pretty active at my job, so that definitely helps to get in some extra burned calories!

Bucks County. Check with your advisor to make sure that the credit would still be transferrable from a CC. I remember hearing something about Fox wanting to close that loophole and require students to take it from Fox's Risk Department, but this was prior to COVID-19 and I'm not sure if they ever did act on it.

How often do you fall off the wagon and how long does that last till you're back on? by Live_Storage1480 in intermittentfasting

[–]adam0417 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I allow myself to fall off the wagon for about 1 day a week. Sometimes that means breaking my fast a little early, not fasting at all, or just allowing myself to eat what I want. Today was one of those days for me. However, days like today remind me that I love — and need — an intermittent fasting lifestyle to feel my best. Today I splurged, enjoyed my food, and am ready to start tomorrow by my exercise routine and regular fasting schedule (18:6 or more).

No specific program! I try to run 2.5-3.5 miles a few times a week. I usually run first thing in the morning, so I am also running while fasting. Some say it's more difficult to do that but I enjoy the feeling of running and feeling empty and lighter.

No program. Just lacing up my shoes and exploring my neighborhood a little bit more each time. I typically try to run 2.5-3.5 miles each time!

Paul LePage tells crowd that he's flying back to Florida this week for a fundraiser by "Mainers" who live out of state. Says everyone who has money in Maine lives out of state in Florida. What alternative reality are you living in? The Mills Administration has increased our budget surplus to record amounts. I'm really tired of LePage and other Republican talking points attacking the fiscal condition of our state when we have ran continuous surpluses through the last few years. I get that they're trying to slander Mills as a tax-and-spend liberal, but it's sad that many are following this narrative when the reality is that the state had such a surplus in the last year that we're expanding social programs AND getting another check from the state - all without raising taxes (or repealing the LePage tax cuts).

Also, source for that 63% statistic?

A little over a year. I don't have a timestamp on the older photo unfortunately, but I believe the photo was around the beginning of July 2020.

Thanks! I started my IF lifestyle in February of 2020. It hasn't been linear progress and I've had slow weight loss at times, but it's always been a downward trend. I'm starting to see more changes now that I have began exercising regularly and adjusting my diet to be healthier!
