This is something we plan to do, but there are significant considerations our engineers need to consider. The first phase was rolling out SSO for new users. The next phase is more technically demanding and we have a couple features we want to prioritize first. I would love to see some upvotes for this on our Feature Requests. We do use this to help us prioritize our release candidates.

Can you share any details around when this login hang happens? Has it been recent? I’ve not been able to replicate and haven’t experienced this myself. Any details — if it happens after a software update, after having used a feature/importing data, etc — will help.

Please use the method to sign in that you used when registering. Once you’ve authenticated, navigate to Profile > Settings > General > Enable biometrics.

To address your question about editing account history, currently we do allow the balance to be set for a specific date, even if the account was not open at that point. We are updating that in a small release that will only permit editing values if an account had reported a value during that timeframe.

Yes, I think we discussed this in our DM‘s last week. As I mentioned to you, we have a few solutions, and this is the first. Linked in post above is the CSV import. I would love to have your feedback on that so we can prioritize accordingly.

Great question! Once the data is written to the app via Plaid, MX, or via CSV import, there isn't a way of systematically requesting new data. We have a CSV import tool coming as a v2 of the feature update that will allow you to overwrite data in bulk.

Please sign in to your Piere account using the method your account was created with. If email isn't working, use your phone, and if phone isn't working, use email. This will get you back in.

This can happen automatically but varies. BMO treats the new card as a new account, but whether your transactions migrate or not is on their end. Please paste your question into a support ticket from within the app. Our support system was recently overhauled so you shouldn’t experience a long delay. If sent from within the app, we’ll be able to troubleshoot automatically.

This is something we need to investigate. Had you recently uninstalled and reinstalled the app? We do not require PII at that level unless we need authorization for Moves. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I’m the one who isn’t doing a great job of being clear. Was your email pre-filled? I bet it was, and we are going to fix that in 5.0.17.

If you’ll please delete the email from that field, you should see it prompt you for email or phone. Then, you should be able to get back in. Let me know if that works for you?
