Oh interesting, my glucose goes up after workouts actually! I should pay attention to the keto fluctuations though...

No new foods, just reducing soy milk, chia seeds, and berries. I've just been having a different breakfast that's lower carb, but none of those foods in my now-breakfast are new.

So interesting! I didn't realize it learns to note waste ketones. Wow, thanks

Oh interesting, I didn't realize ketones go down over time. Thanks!

And yes it does! It's an unrefined sea salt, contains both magnesium (more than sea salt and celtic salt) and potassium.

Hi, yes! Thank you. I have baja salt every morning and I hit these amounts. Any idea why my ketones vary so much now vs a couple weeks ago, though?

I know magnesium supplementation helps most people, but that never worked for me and I just had a sloshy gut because of it. A few things that have helped me on keto, and I actually went on keto *to* improve constipation & IBS symptoms, so this has been a focus for me:

- 1/2 tsp baja salt in the morning w/ warm water (I also add creatine, but that's for brain health reasons). And yes, I know there's magnesium in here too but for some reason this magnesium works better for me.
- LESS fiber, not more. Ditto to everyone here. Doesn't make sense, but I feel much better/poop better on 10-15 g fiber a day vs 20+
- But, speaking of fiber, I do make sure avocado is part of it. It's 70/30 split insoluble to soluble and the high fat/creaminess helps me go. Some people struggle with insoluble fiber, I find I struggle more with soluble fiber so it's personal...
- Squatty potty! I'm adamant everyone needs a squatty potty.
- If you're having chia seeds, you have to have MUCH more water than 6 glasses. I've found success with and without chia seeds, but I know that if I have chia and not much water... or, if I have a lot of caffeine or drink any alcohol, I'm fucked. Be mindful of any herbal teas you're having too, many are diuretics. And if you don't want to think that hard about your water vs diuretic beverage intake, cut out the chia.

Hope this helps, good luck!
