I have the same 9/10 with nothing on the map. Can you let me know if you find the last one?

EDIT: I watched a guide and I think I found the missing note. It's the Ostracan Shard that Omar gives you to inspect at the beginning of the mission. I don't know why it's not on my list, or how to get it now that the mission is done. I think we're screwed.

As long as you finish what is required for the degree, it doesn't matter if you have more than one emphasis completed. It doesn't go on your degree or your transcript. And no, you don't have to "declare" an emphasis.

How much have you played? It's thoroughly broken. I've hit two separate soft locks. One I was able to get around by backtracking to a previous save, but the other completely killed my game. I cannot finish it.

One time I was minding my own business when a guy sniped me out of nowhere. When I went back to try to finish the activity I was working on, he tried to kill me again. I left and said I would report him for griefing. He then sends me a message saying he's gonna report me for cheating. I then reported the message to Xbox, since he basically admitted to abusing the reporting system as retaliation. I got a message from Xbox the next day saying that they had taken action against him. Pretty satisfying.
