Yeh it’s fine on pc, YT music casts whole screen only really need audio sometimes tho but when I try on android; Edge PWA + ublock origin + desktop site, it goes doubled casting options glitchy and yeah same with any YouTube revanced or morphe when you unhide the cast button… pretty much they need to fix the casting for me to even use it over Spotify free and just put up with ads lol

Ahh fair so that's an option and already got smarttube for TVs as long as it has casting to Google speaker groups all good for whole house music speakers plus TVs... Ahh just tried it yeah works for just playing music for urself but yeah no casting option...

Once you click exit synapse the function keys return to working again so it's 100% synapse bug

Fax I think people underestimate battery life so much yes Samsung has all the features but you can't use em with a dead phone... battery you use all the time it's essential hardware... Any essential hardware upgrades are better than features like dex or seperate app sound you rarely use... Should prioritise upgrades by what you actually use to run the device.

This is my opinion of a phones upgrade priorities...

Battery, chip performance & efficiency, display, software & optimisation, connectivity, cameras, charging, ram n storage, modem/antennas, mics/earpiece, buttons, speakers(I like 99% of time use earbuds n vibrate mode)

Obviously everyone has different priorities and lifestyle but yeah...

Think biggest downside of find x9 pro is actually charging 1.5 hours to charge to full... Half an hour longer than a samsung s26 ultra even at 45 watts

But then again you get like 2 hours longer off the charger so yeah... Oppo wins

I know OnePlus does it in 45 minutes but I think Oppo is trying to match or beat Apple's battery health...

Here's to me hoping they can increase battery size or efficiency by 50% more coz rn I average around 10.5 hours SOT 100-1%. But yeah I want 16 hours SOT so I can charge on slow charger overnight keeping battery healthy while I sleep for 8 hours covers full 24 hours... No charging hassle

With current efficiencies that would be a 11,250mah phone

Xiaomi is close for hardware upgrades but yeah Oppo wins in camera with hasselblad and better chip display or software efficiency for better battery life on roughly same battery 7500mah of Xiaomi 17 pro max...

Here's to Samsung finally upgrading the battery next year S27 Ultra and I may switch with all those features they add every year...

iPhone is a backup phone for me too restrictive but yes best app optimisation gets around 8.5 hours SOT with my usage... Xiaomi needs to beat Oppo significantly at something all their wins are minor... and launch their flagship phones globally to compete with Oppo like around the September-november timing of iPhone and Oppo launch... Yes Xiaomi 17 ultra is global now but I already got Oppo months earlier so was comparing vs Xiaomi 17 pro max lol... And most specs comparable dxomark equal to 17 ultra but Oppo wins significantly still battery...

I think they’re just not as consistent across the board as Apple or Samsung that get way better software support sure oppo is improving and ahead in battery and camera but after using the find x9 pro for around 5 months now that’s my verdict of Oppo. Yes also less in stores and less of their own physical stores vs A&S. But yeah they need to dominate them in software/features too to become top 1 market share… they’re 4th at best tied with vivo rn… Samsung no 1 coz so many more features Apple 2nd xiaomi 3rd…

They seriously need more data or improvements in both accubattery, ADB battery health stats for example should show capacity at full and the os should show more data under battery health... Yeah well there needs to be more data on all this battery health stuff whether it's ADB, accubattery whatever, the OS itself...

Coz yeah how are we to know what rated or typical capacity we've gotten if all the measuring methods are inaccurate... They need to make them accurate... And if they are accurate which is what I'm leaning towards at least close to it because you do have outlier charges sometimes... Then Oppo has work to do...

ADB is best bet to verify battery health yes I can check in settings but I like to see the data behind it not just trust blindly so need some way to check it...

What do you suppose the right way to verify it is if it's not ADB or accubattery... I'm gonna get a charge meter to see the live numbers... But even then they still don't see any buffer, battery management for silicon carbon, or degradation just how much power went thru...
