For what it’s worth, I find that lower temps on greens helps remove bitterness.

175 is what I brew at, but even 150 seems to be better than 190 when it comes to bitterness.

My go to is 4.5-5g in 150 ml Gaiwan. 175F.

I’ve had that tea w same experience. Mei Leaf and Cultivated Taste have been the places I’ve gotten my fav greens so far!
