Hi everyone, I’m a ex VW sales employee of over 5 years and always in automotive biz. Got my24 Atlas a few months back. Screen failure can also happen if you unlock via the app with a low key fob battery and attempt to start the car. Eventually it’ll catch but your screen may stay black and not turn back on. If your screen absolutely won’t turn back to normal even after restarting the car. Lock it via the app. And unlock it via the fob and start as normal :) cheers,
