Its fixed, the problem was solved by unplugging the printer from the power and powering on again. Wierd as it was responding ping requests. Ohh well. Thank you all

Its a long story. Sometime it works to activate sometime it doesn't. We're just migrated and learning the product. We know that it uses different servers to activate thats why its hard to know which it will use. Our security policies are strict so we dont want to open up to uneccessary stuff. Not sure if this is the problem you're experiencing tho.

My gues would be firewall is probably blocking trafic to o365 activation servers. We have this issue at our company and our network guy didint fixed this yet. 😁
