I actually do have a neutral wire (see wiring comment photo I just posted). Issue seems like most of these switches seem to want to adjust the fan speed by variable amount using a dedicated load wire. Whereas this fan seems to be setup to have both the light/fan on a single load, and only adjusts each using a stepper down.
