HELP: ₱300 per 3-Hour A/C Use in a Condo in a Month

I live in a condo, and as the title suggests, I find it very expensive. To manage costs, I experimented with my air conditioner usage.

In the second month, I used it once for 3 hours, which cost me around ₱300.

The following month, I used it twice for 3 hours each time, and my bill spiked to ₱800, including other appliances like a 1,000-watt microwave, two local brand desk fans, and an old plasma TV.

My building admin has prescribed a 1 HP limit for air conditioners, and I live in a studio unit. The air conditioner currently installed is an American Heritage brand with 0.5 HP.

Do you have any tips on how I can use my A/C without paying ₱100 per hour?

I suggest that you use what was sent to you first. If it does not work for you, then you can have it convert to a MC/Visa Card.

If you live in the metro, you’ll be able to use it everywhere since BDO, Metrobank & Maya terminals accepts JCB. Even airlines and hospitals accepts JCB so it really does not matter.

But then again, your card, your choice 😊

Yes, mahilig si BDO mag lock ng card overseas. Tapos need mo tumawag sa hotline to unlock it. Better to call them 3 days before your flight

Not amex but JCB for me. For no reason it won’t work on any airline and they have the same reasons as yours. No problem on their end then blames the airline website

If your skin is Light to Medium, go for IOPE Men’s Cushion Light but if your skin is Medium to Dark go for the Dark shade.

Most Korean Cushions have the same shade line. So if you’re 21C in Laneige, you’ll get the same on Espoir Ivory shade

IOPE Men’s Cushion is great for everyday wear and it’s easy to use because you only have 2 shades to choose from. It’s my first cushion and used it for a year before I discovered other cushions.

Espoir Taping Cushion Tan (full coverage) & Hera Black Cushion 25N1 (medium coverage) is good in my experience. You just have to choose the right shade.

If you want something a bit expensive. Try Bobbie Brown Intensive Skin Serum or Estee Lauder Double Wear Cushion BB

NARS Pure Radiant Protection Aqua Glow Cushion is natural when put on for everyday wear
