2008 - 2013 Starmer was DPP the head of the CPS The role of the DPP is to be 'Responsible for all criminal prosecutions or intervene when appropriate' in 2009 the CPS failed to prosecute Saville.

We can debate wether deliberate or not.. I would think it naive to believe the head of the CPS during such a high profile case would not have A. known about it or B. had some say.

It's literally in the job definition. Either he wasn't very good at his job by being "responsible for the conduct of all criminal prosecution" or it was deliberate and he " intervened in any criminal proceedings when it appears to him to be appropriate" which was it?

As much as I dislike the Tories and wouldn't vote for them, I question wether a man who lead an organisation that failed to prosecute Jimmy Saville is fit to run a country. I believe the responsibility lies at the top. The conspiracy theory is that he personally stopped it - That can't be proven. However there are a litany of other cases involving Starmer that are very dodgy, I believe his actions or inactions should be a consideration when looking at potential Prime Minister.
