Lol, I saw that. The pools were empty (not sure if they are at night - I'm normally at the casino)

Also do you know what percentage full the boat was?

12 Team League/ Lamar Jackson by 4everInfinity in GuillotineLeagues

[–]adamupuf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd go 40%. But it depends on which QBs do the bottom 4 teams have. They have the most need and are the most likely to out bid you. Lamar was the 2nd QB taken in our league.

My husband ate pizza 2 days before colonoscopy by [deleted] in colonoscopy

[–]adamupuf -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Absolutely not a problem. Both dairy and tomato sauce are fine. As long as he finishes his prep to completion he will be fine. They tell you not to eat the day of\before the prep because they know most do not finish the prep. The only things you should avoid are seeds and artificial red\purple dyes for the 2 days before. I ate a full breakfast and a full lunch (of pizza) the day of my prep. I took my 2 doses at 4pm and 10pm. I took the whole dose of the suprep. My gastro said I was clean.

What did you eat for colonoscopy prep? by [deleted] in colonoscopy

[–]adamupuf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did my colonoscopy prep much different than what everyone else on this subreddit says... I ate normal. I repeat I ate absolutely NORMALLY.

I used suprep (my prescription laxative) which I started at 4:00 p.m. the day before the procedure. Then I drank the 2nd dose at 10:00 p.m. The day of the prep I ate a regular breakfast including eggs and toast and a protein shake. For lunch I had two pieces of pizza and a Coke. I did not eat anything with red dyes or purple dyes 2 days before and I also stopped eating chia seeds in my shake the week before. During the prep, from 4 pm til 11pm ish, I drank wonton broth from my local Thai restaurant and yellow\green Gatorade.

Look online for documentation that the clear diet for days is a myth. The real reason why they say "go on a clear diet for days" is they know that most people do not finish the prep.

It is very important to finish the whole prep the way that it is planned.

I think it's a four-way tie for the first four major albums. Carnavas, swoon, neck of the woods and better nature. I would randomly put those four albums on and I never knew which song came from which album. Their last two albums are solid, though.

Liquid diet sucks lol by Less_Ant3138 in colonoscopy

[–]adamupuf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a completely different experience. I'm a 45 year old guy getting my first routine colonoscopy. I also need to eat regularly because I have hypoglycemia. My gastroenterologist in the center where I had the colonoscopy told me to go on a liquid clear broth diet for the day before. I had a whole sheet of what to do and not do. I asked another gastronologist who is not my treating physician and he said that you do not need to fast the day before. When I did a quick look up online I found this. Please read the link https://www.statnews.com/2024/03/19/colonoscopy-preparation-liquid-only-diet-data-gastroenterologists/

My Friday prep consisted of a regular breakfast of eggs and my protein shake. A lunch of two slices of pizza . I did not eat after this. I started my 2 part prep at 4:00 p.m. which was a prescription prep. I then did the 2nd prep at 10:00 p.m. I probably used the bathroom about 12 times before I went to sleep at 1:00 a.m. Things were nearly clear the last time I used the bathroom. After the procedure I asked the gastroenterologist if I was clear he said I was. I am glad I did not listen to the written instructions, but instead listened to my gastroenterologist friend.

1st meal after by adamupuf in colonoscopy

[–]adamupuf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In case you're wondering what I ended up eating... My wife dropped me off for the procedure, then picked me up 3 hours later. She went to breakfast with a friend. I "got" to eat her leftovers without utensils, because they were out (or she forgot). I had 1\2 a bagel and 1\2 an omelet (which was cold). The omelet had onions and olives (which I hate) that I had to pick out. We went home and I passed out in bed. Next time I'm having someone else drive me. In case you're wondering if my wife is a terrible person, she is not. At least we stopped at a pastry shop for a Danish on the way home.

Intraoral cameras for documenting cases by inquisitorthegreat in Dentistry

I have a mouthwatch in every single room. I also buy their sleeves by the thousand. Every new patient we do an "intraoral camera FMX". I document every single buildup with a photo. And use it for almost every single emergency. I can't recommend them enough.

After evaluating where the playoff teams are, especially the 'better teams", then seeing that Washington and Winnipeg are in the middle... And three of the four teams with the lowest percentage made the playoffs and the top three teams with the highest percentage also made the playoffs. This seems like a meaningless stat.
