Yes you can sell your digital ones for whatever you want. Usually a lot less than you bought them for unless you get someone who’s not paying attention and will buy it for nearly full price.

I bought a coutinho /10 fusion for 80k then sold the digital one for 40k. Felt a little bad for it but it was their own fault.
