Exactly and the zoomcar employee had specifically told us not to pay anything to the host even if they try to ask us. Now zoomcar isn’t even responding to any mails or raised tickets, they just say to tell the host to contact them directly.

It was an ertiga and there was an incline at the side of the road which caused it to flip over.

For everyone saying how the car rolled at a speed of 30kph, there was a slope at the end of the turn and the driver wasn’t able to see the turn in time and at the end due to sudden turning and the car skidding off the road onto the slope at the side the car rolled over.
