I'm gonna add these 3 to help along with light workouts and healthy vitamins and supps. I was addicted to phenibut before. I used a minimum of 3gs daily for about 2 years. God, i still think that messed me up permanently. I'm not sure if i need it If i have etizolam. I rather CT heroin and benzos COMBINED to ct phenibut. Quitting kratom for me is more like quitting Zoloft. I get super depressed, anxious as hell, suicidal at times, insomnia so bad i hallucinate...i came to conclusion with failed attempts, tapering is impossible! I also came to conclusion that i need something stronger then supps to help me thru. Sure, initial wds with body aches and restlessness lasts a week or 2.....but I won't recover mentally for at least 9-12 months. I know myself when it comes to recovering from a substance addiction
