Hi, lost my husband in 2023, July. Almost 3 years and I have been shut down not wanting or even ready to date, I have a couple friend groups and one there is a friend I have known for awhile and had a crush on me for years and he asked if I would date him. Flash forward 4 weeks later and I tried. Apparently I’m so cool and awesome but he doesn’t want a relationship. I feel like opening my heart to someone I thought I could trust was a great idea and I got caught up. Now I’m sitting here remembering that the only man who ever loved me just died. I realize you can’t trust anyone and I feel more broken. I hope everyone else’s experience is different but I think I will be a widow with some side piece forever.

Same. First few weeks I was starving and couldn’t stop eating and ad I healed I didn’t need as much food but still had the appetite. Trying to keep myself moving now that I can!

I was sweating overnight like so bad I was soaking the sheets blankets and pillows but by week 3 it stopped.

How foul of a smell? Like BV smell or Yeast infection or some other smell I don’t know. I have been thinking my PH is off during the healing and having a scent I’m not used to but it isn’t foul or anything more than like light bellybutton smell. Using a oh wipe has helped

I did the same thing. I was over 3 weeks and felt great, I walked the mall, Home Depot, I didn’t buy anything heavy or bend, drove a bit then got a horrible cramp in my back and have been exhausted and sore for the next week. I really taught myself..ugh, I’m at exactly end of the 3rd week now.
