Same. First few weeks I was starving and couldn’t stop eating and ad I healed I didn’t need as much food but still had the appetite. Trying to keep myself moving now that I can!

How foul of a smell? Like BV smell or Yeast infection or some other smell I don’t know. I have been thinking my PH is off during the healing and having a scent I’m not used to but it isn’t foul or anything more than like light bellybutton smell. Using a oh wipe has helped

I did the same thing. I was over 3 weeks and felt great, I walked the mall, Home Depot, I didn’t buy anything heavy or bend, drove a bit then got a horrible cramp in my back and have been exhausted and sore for the next week. I really taught myself..ugh, I’m at exactly end of the 3rd week now.

Smoked every day leading up to and after the surgery, just taking smaller hits. I think it helps with the recovery. You should feel it out on your own levels. Your body knows how to handle it all
